At Thomreonazan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior decor purchases. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through thomreonazan.ddd.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective or incorrectly made)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Interior styling consultation services (once consultation has been provided)
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@thomreonazan.world or +353 87 190 4313
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and original receipt or order confirmation
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Thomreonazan is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately if you receive an item in this condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product and allows us to process your request efficiently.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@thomreonazan.world or +353 87 190 4313. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we confirmed receipt of your return:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing may take additional time
- Contact us at help@thomreonazan.world if you still have not received your refund
Right to Cancel
Under Irish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at help@thomreonazan.world.
Cancellation Consequences
If you cancel your order in accordance with this policy:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs
- We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount for diminished value if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back
